🚧 **Utah:** Life-threatening flash flooding and debris flows are occurring in the Cottonwood Burn Scar in Piute County. **US-89 between mile markers 164–175, from Junction toward Marysvale, may be affected** by water, mud, rocks, and vegetation. Warning remains in effect until **1:45 a.m. MDT**. Never drive through floodwater—turn around and seek higher ground.
⛈️ **North Dakota:** A severe thunderstorm near **Golden Valley and Zap** may produce **60-mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail**; the warning expires at **11:15 p.m. CDT**. Northeastern Stutsman County, including **Kensal, Pingree, and Courtenay**, could see minor flooding after **1–3 inches of rain**, with another **1–2 inches possible** through **4:15 a.m. CDT**.
💨 **New Mexico and southwest Texas:** Southwest winds of **20–30 mph, with gusts up to 55 mph**, may make driving difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles, through **midnight MDT Tuesday**.
💨 **Washington:** San Juan County and the lowlands of western Whatcom County may experience south winds of **20–30 mph, gusting 40–45 mph**, through **2 p.m. PDT Tuesday**. Use caution, especially in high-profile vehicles.
🌧️ **Southern Nevada:** Heavy rain may cause minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas around **Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, The Strip, and Paradise**. Up to **1 inch of rain** has fallen; the advisory expires at **11:45 p.m. PDT**.
