**Kansas:** A **Tornado Warning** was issued for eastern Mitchell County near **Asherville**, with the storm moving northeast at 20 mph; it expires at **9:15 PM CDT**. Flooding is also affecting rivers and low-lying roads near **Jamestown, Frankfort, Blue Rapids, Barnes, Washington, and Morrowville**. **Sunflower Road, Osage Road, and areas near Highway 148** may flood. Never drive around barricades or through floodwater.
**Texas:**
– Flash flooding is ongoing or expected near **McCamey, Rankin, Stiles, Sanderson, Dryden, and Terrell County**, with roughly **1–3 inches of rain reported** and additional rain possible. Highways, streets, underpasses, arroyos, and low-water crossings may be dangerous.
– Severe thunderstorms near **I-20 between mile markers 186–217** may produce **60-mph wind gusts** through **9:30 PM CDT**. Storms near **Langtry, Shumla, Pumpville, and southeastern Terrell County** may produce **ping-pong-ball-size hail and 60-mph winds**.
