**Flooding:**
– **Puerto Rico:** Flood Advisory for CanĂłvanas, Carolina and LoĂza through **3:30 PM AST**. Heavy thunderstorms have produced **1–2 inches of rain**, with up to **1 inch more** possible. Expect ponding and minor flooding in low-lying and poorly drained areas.
– **Florida Big Bend/Panhandle:** Flood Advisory for Franklin and southeastern Gulf counties, including **Carrabelle, Eastpoint, St. George Island and Apalachicola**, through **3:45 PM EDT / 2:45 PM CDT**. **1–2 inches of rain** are expected.
– **Southeastern Georgia:** Flood Advisory for Atkinson and Coffee counties, including **Douglas, Pearson, Willacoochee and Broxton**, through **3:30 PM EDT**. Up to **1–3 additional inches** of rain may cause minor flooding.
