**⚠️ TORNADO WARNING — Central Pennsylvania:** A tornado-capable storm near Houtzdale is moving east at 30 mph through western Centre and south-central Clearfield counties until **8:15 PM EDT**. Osceola Mills, Houtzdale, Chester Hill and Sandy Ridge are in the path. **Seek sturdy shelter immediately—do not remain in a vehicle.** Check the NWS for the most recent information.

**Pennsylvania:** Severe storms bring 60 mph winds, quarter-size hail, torrential rain and possible rapid road flooding. Use caution on **I-80 (mile markers 122–139)** and **I-99 (mile markers 20–64)** near Clearfield, Tyrone and Philipsburg through **8:45 PM EDT**. Other storms affect Altoona/Huntingdon on I-99 and Bedford/Breezewood on I-70, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and I-99 through **8:15 PM EDT**. Flash flooding—with up to 3 inches already fallen—is impacting the Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Portage, Cresson, Irvona and Coalport areas through **11:45 PM EDT**.

**South Carolina & Hampton Roads, Virginia:** Significant urban flash flooding and road closures are reported around Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville and the I-26/I-526 corridors. Additional rain could worsen flooding through **9:30 PM EDT**. In Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Portsmouth, 2–4 inches of rain has caused high water and stranded vehicles; warning continues until **9 PM EDT**. Avoid underpasses and flooded streets.

**Virginia & West Virginia:** Damaging 60 mph wind storms are moving east across southwest/south-central Virginia near Martinsville, Rocky Mount and Bassett, and across central/northern West Virginia near Clarksburg, Weston and Glenville. Heavy rain may cause ponding and hydroplaning. A severe-thunderstorm watch covers much of central, western and northern West Virginia, plus Lawrence County, Kentucky, until **9 PM EDT**.

**Florida:** Flash flooding is possible around Daytona Beach, Port Orange and South Daytona through **10:30 PM EDT**, with 2–4 inches already fallen and another 1–3 inches possible.

**Kentucky, Tennessee & Mississippi:** Severe storms may produce 60 mph wind gusts and hail near Hazard and Whitesburg, KY; Cookeville/Crossville along **I-40 (mile markers 289–340)**; and Batesville/Water Valley along **I-55 (mile markers 229–252)**. Storms also affect the Corinth, MS–Selmer, TN area. Expect sudden visibility drops, debris and possible downed trees.

**Western states:** Severe storms with 60 mph winds and hail affect Whitefish/Columbia Falls, MT; Lost Springs and Shawnee, WY, where hail up to 2 inches is possible; and **I-80 in Utah (mile markers 51–70)** near Delle through **6:30 PM MDT**. Flooding is possible near Sussex, WY, and water may cover Forest Service Road 660 in Lamoille Canyon, NV.
