**New Mexico**
– Flash flooding is ongoing or expected in **Chaves and Lincoln counties**, including Hagerman. **1.5–2.5 inches** of rain has fallen, with flooding possible on **Highway 285 between mile markers 87–91**, arroyos, underpasses, and low-lying roads. Warning through **1:45 a.m. MDT**.
– Severe thunderstorms in **southeastern De Baca County** and near **northeastern Roswell/Bitter Lake Wildlife Refuge** may produce **60-mph wind gusts, quarter-size hail, and torrential rain**. Impacts include **Highway 380 near mile markers 170–176** and **Highway 285 near mile markers 116–123**. Warnings expire around **10:15–10:45 p.m. MDT**.
– Additional minor arroyo and small-stream flooding is possible across parts of **Lincoln, De Baca, and Chaves counties** through about **12:45 a.m. MDT**.

**Texas**
– Flooding is expected or ongoing in **Hartley County**, including **U.S. 87 between Dalhart and Hartley**, through **1:45 a.m. CDT**.
– Minor flooding continues around **Dalhart and Romero** and in low-lying areas of **El Paso County**, including East and Far East El Paso, Horizon City, Socorro, and nearby communities. Advisories generally expire between **12:30 and 1:15 a.m. MDT/CDT**.
– A severe thunderstorm near **Hueco Tanks and northeastern El Paso County** may produce **60-mph wind gusts and half-dollar-size hail**. Warning through **10:30 p.m. MDT**.

**Florida**
