β€’ **Colorado:** Life-threatening flash flooding and debris flows are possible around the Middle Aspen Acres Burn Scar near **Beulah and San Isabel**, including portions of **Northcreek Road**, through **6:30 PM MDT**.
β€’ **Arizona:** Flash flooding affecting **Route 82, mile markers 13–16**, near Patagonia Lake State Park, through **5:45 PM MST**; 1–2 inches of rain has fallen.
β€’ **West Virginia:** Central Berkeley County, including **Martinsburg and Arden**, has received 2–3 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible. A vehicle was reported stuck in water on South Raleigh Street. Warning through **8:30 PM EDT**.
