**Kansas:** Flash flooding is ongoing or may begin shortly across Johnson County, including Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood, Gardner and Spring Hill. Storms have dropped 2–3 inches of rain, with up to another half-inch possible. Flooding may affect highways, streets, underpasses, creeks and low-lying areas through **11 AM CDT**. Never drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.
**Northeast Ohio:** Severe thunderstorms are moving east at 45 mph across the Cleveland, Lorain and Elyria area through **9 AM EDT**. Expect wind gusts up to **60 mph**, with possible tree and power-line damage, dangerous lightning and torrential rain that could quickly flood roadways. Slow down, avoid downed lines and do not drive through water-covered roads.
