🚨 **Tornado Warning — Wyoming:** A confirmed tornado is moving east at 40 mph near Coal Creek Mine and Hilight Gas Plant in Campbell and Weston counties. Ping pong ball-size hail is also possible. **Warning expires 1:15 PM MDT.** Do not drive into the warned area—seek sturdy shelter immediately and check NWS updates for the latest information.
**Indiana:** Widespread flooding and severe storms are creating dangerous travel across central, southern and southeastern Indiana. Flash flooding is affecting Marion, Logansport, Peru, Hartford City, Gas City, Columbus, North Vernon and nearby areas through **5:30–6 PM EDT**; 1–3 inches of rain has fallen in some locations, with up to 2 more inches possible. Flooding may cover streets, underpasses and highways. Severe storms also bring 60 mph winds and hail near Washington, Sullivan, Greensburg, Batesville and Brookville. **I-74 between mile markers 145–170, including the US-52 interchange, is in the severe-storm warning area through 3:30 PM EDT.** River flooding is forecast near Kokomo along Wildcat Creek, with flooding concerns along and east of I-65 into Thursday.
**Arizona:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected near Wilhoit, Kirkland and Skull Valley in Yavapai County. **SR-89 near mile markers 290–291** may be affected by flooded washes, roads and underpasses through **2:30 PM MST.** Flash-flood potential also continues across northwest Arizona through this evening.
**Florida & Georgia:** Severe thunderstorms with 60 mph wind gusts are affecting the Jacksonville–St. Augustine area and south Georgia. Watch for downed trees, power lines, torrential rain and sudden ponding. In Georgia, **I-75 near Valdosta, Lakeland and exits 5, 11, 16, 22 and 29** is within the warning area; storms are moving southeast. Florida warnings expire around **3:15 PM EDT**, and the Georgia warning near Valdosta remains in effect until **3:45 PM EDT.**
**Mountain West:** Heavy rain may trigger flash flooding, debris flows and rockslides near recent burn scars. In Colorado, use extreme caution on **US-550 between Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek near Ouray** through **3:45 PM MDT.** Flood watches are also in effect for western New Mexico through 10 PM MDT and near Montana’s Horse Gulch burn scar/Riverside Campground through tonight and Thursday evening.
**Puerto Rico:** Heavy rain may cause urban ponding and flooded roads in Bayamón, Cataño, Guaynabo and San Juan through **3:30 PM AST.**
