– **Southeast Kentucky and southwest Virginia:** Flash flooding from thunderstorms is affecting Letcher, Floyd, Knott and Pike counties in Kentucky, plus Dickenson and Wise counties in Virginia, including Jenkins, Fleming-Neon, Pound, Clintwood and Clinchco.
