Rainfall of 2-4 inches has already fallen, with flooded creeks, low-water crossings, streets and underpasses. Warnings run through 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM EDT. Avoid travel unless necessary and seek higher ground if flooding threatens.

🌧️ **Indiana & Ohio Valley:** Major rainfall flooding is ongoing across east-central and central Indiana, including Muncie, New Castle, Rushville, Greensburg and Winchester. Between 4 and 12 inches of rain has fallen, with more than 2 inches possible in spots; flooding warnings continue until noon EDT Friday. Additional storms may bring 1-2 inch-per-hour rain rates across northern Indiana, northwest Ohio and parts of Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio through Friday morning. Expect flooded low-water crossings, underpasses and rural roads.

🌧️ **West Texas:** Flash flooding is affecting the Permian Basin and Trans-Pecos, including Fort Stockton, Lamesa, Seminole, Seagraves, Florey and areas near J B Thomas Reservoir. Rainfall of 1-4 inches has fallen, with another 1-2 inches possible in some areas. Roads, arroyos, underpasses and low spots may remain flooded even where rain has eased.

⛈️ **Nebraska/Wyoming:** Flash flooding is impacting I-80 between mile markers 7 and 18 near Kimball, Nebraska, and southeastern Laramie County, Wyoming. Rainfall of 2-2.25 inches has fallen, with up to 1 inch more possible. Avoid flooded highway lanes, ramps and underpasses through 11 PM MDT.

⛈️ **Kansas:** A severe thunderstorm near Trego Center is moving north at 30 mph toward WaKeeney, with 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail possible through 10:45 PM CDT. Slow down, avoid stopping under trees, and seek shelter if conditions worsen.

🌧️ **Washington:** Heavy rain over the Chelan County burn scar near Silver Falls, Fox Creek and Cottonwood campgrounds may trigger flash flooding and mudslides through 9:45 PM PDT. Avoid steep-terrain roads, creek crossings and drainage routes.

🌧️ **Colorado:** Heavy thunderstorms are causing minor urban and small-stream flooding near northern Greeley, Eaton, Ault, Fort Morgan, Hugo, Elbert, Larkspur and Westcreek. Low-lying roads, underpasses and normally dry creeks may flood through late evening.

🌊 **Iowa:** River flooding is forecast near De Witt, Marengo and Conesville this weekend into Monday. Water may affect County Road E63 north of Toronto, low roads near Buena Vista, Edgewater Road and 245th Street near Conesville. Never drive around barricades.

🌧️ **Arizona/Nevada:** A Flood Watch remains in effect through Friday evening for northwest Arizona’s Northwest Plateau and Lincoln County, Nevada, where afternoon and evening thunderstorms may flood low-water crossings. In central Pima County, minor flooding remains possible near the Highway 21 bridge at Vamori Wash.
