**Road Weather Update**
• **Southeast Ohio & northwest West Virginia:** Flash flooding is affecting the Parkersburg–Belpre area, including **I-77 (mile markers 170–186)** and **Route 50 (mile markers 1–32)**. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen, with another inch possible; warning in effect until **11:30 AM EDT**. Avoid flooded underpasses, streets, and low spots.
• **Jackson & Vinton Counties, Ohio:** Flooding continues near **Wellston, Hamden, Coalton, Wilkesville, and Byer** until **10:45 AM EDT**. Wellston has reported flooding, and **Mulga Road east of Wellston** has several feet of water. Do not drive through floodwater.
• **Near Edinburgh, Indiana:** Minor flooding on the **Driftwood River** may affect low-lying roads through the weekend into early Monday. Expect changing conditions near Bartholomew, Johnson, and Shelby counties; never drive around barricades.
• **Southern Colorado:** A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from **noon through this evening MDT** around the **Aspen Acres burn scar**, including **Highways 165 and 78** near Beulah and San Isabel. Heavy rain could trigger sudden flooding and debris flows.
