**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
**Indiana:** Flash flooding is ongoing across central and west-central Indiana, including Madison, Hamilton, Tipton, Fountain, Vermillion, and Warren counties. Thunderstorms have dropped up to **3.75 inches of rain**, with more possible, flooding streets, underpasses, highways, and low-lying areas. Flash Flood Warnings run through **2:45–4 PM EDT**.
River flooding is also affecting areas near the **I-70 corridor**, **SR 238 near Fortville**, **SR 1 near Ridgeville**, and **SR 213 near Jerome**. Local roads are flooded near Fall Creek and Wildcat Creek; high water is affecting River Road near SR 1 and CR 1050 E south of Jerome. Do not drive around barricades or through water-covered roads.
**North Carolina:** A severe thunderstorm near **Murphy, Hayesville, Marble, and Brasstown** is moving southeast at **10 mph** through **2 PM EDT**. Expect wind gusts up to **60 mph**, penny-size hail, torrential rain, and possible rapid road flooding. Slow down, avoid downed trees or power lines, and do not enter flooded roadways.
**Pennsylvania & Maryland:** A Flood Watch is in effect Sunday for central and south-central Pennsylvania, including the Laurel Highlands and south-central mountains, and for **Garrett County, Maryland**. Heavy thunderstorms may cause flash flooding of creeks, low-lying roads, and flood-prone areas. Garrett County could receive **1–2 inches of rain**, with localized **2–4 inch** totals.
**Hawaii:** East Maui, including the Hana area, has heavy rain falling at **1–2 inches per hour** through **9:45 AM HST**. Minor flooding is possible on roads, in drainage areas, and near streams. Avoid low-water crossings and do not drive into standing or flowing water.
