**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
🌧️ **Hawaii:** Tropical Storm Warnings remain in effect through 7:30 PM HST for Kauai, Oahu, Maui County, Molokai, Lanai and Niihau. Kauai faces the worst travel conditions: **Kuhio Highway is closed at the Hanalei River Bridge** due to flooding, with wind gusts up to **60 mph** in parts of Kauai and up to **70 mph on Niihau**. Heavy rain may cause additional road and bridge closures; a few tornadoes are possible. Avoid flooded roads and delay travel where possible.
🌧️ **Colorado & New Mexico:** Dangerous flash flooding is ongoing around Colorado’s Aspen Acres and South Fork burn scars, including near Beulah, Ruidoso and Ruidoso Downs. Mud, debris flows and washed-out crossings are possible. Flooding is also reported on **County Road 105 south of County Road 90 in Elbert County, CO**. Severe storms near Rush, Yoder, Hanover and Truckton may produce **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail**. In New Mexico, flooding also threatens central Otero County and northwestern Doña Ana County.
⛈️ **Carolinas:** Flash flooding is affecting northeast South Carolina and southeast North Carolina. In the Florence area, **I-95 between mile markers 150-164** and **I-20 near mile markers 140-141** are at risk of flooding after 2-3 inches of rain, with another 1-2 inches possible. Flooding is also affecting Dillon, Marion, Horry, Columbus and Robeson counties. Severe storms may bring **60 mph winds** near Marion, Mullins, Loris and Lake View. Central Lee County, SC, also has flooding concerns along **I-20 between mile markers 113-123**.
⛈️ **Mid-Atlantic & Appalachians:** Severe storms with **60 mph wind gusts** are moving through central Pennsylvania, western Maryland, eastern West Virginia and western Virginia. In Pennsylvania, use caution on **I-70, I-99 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike** near Altoona, Bedford and Breezewood. Flooding has closed numerous roads in north-central West Virginia, including near **I-79 between mile markers 102-122** and Route 50 near Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Philippi and Stonewood. Flooding also continues near Caldwell, OH, with numerous roads closed.
🌧️ **DC, Maryland & Northern Virginia:** A Flood Watch continues through **3 AM EDT Monday** for Washington, D.C., nearby Maryland counties and northern Virginia. Multiple rounds of storms may bring 1-2 inches of rain, with localized totals of 2-4 inches and urban flooding.
⛈️ **Other storm threats:** Severe storms with **60 mph winds** are affecting Huron County, Michigan, near Caseville, Pigeon, Elkton and Bad Axe; Elberta, Alabama; and the Staunton-Waynesboro area of Virginia. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until **9 PM EDT** for central and south-central Indiana, including Indianapolis, Bloomington, Columbus and Shelbyville.
💨 **Alaska:** Skagway can expect south winds of 20-30 mph with gusts up to **40 mph** Monday, making travel more difficult.
