**Road-Weather Update**
**Oklahoma:** A severe thunderstorm is moving east at 30 mph across northeastern Payne County, affecting eastern Stillwater, Yale, Ripley, Quay, and Ingalls through **7:30 AM CDT**. Expect wind gusts up to **60 mph** and quarter-size hail, with potential tree damage and hazardous driving conditions.
**Indiana:** Flooding is affecting portions of east-central and northeast Indiana. In Randolph County, 1β2 inches of rain has led to flooding around Winchester, Union City, Ridgeville, and Saratoga through **12:15 PM EDT**. River flooding is also impacting the Salamonie River at Portland and the Wabash River near Bluffton and Linn Grove. County roads may flood near Linn Grove, and **River Road in Bluffton** begins flooding at 11 feet. Warnings continue into Tuesday in parts of Wells and Adams counties.
**Illinois:** Minor flooding continues along the Mackinaw River near Congerville in McLean, Tazewell, and Woodford counties. The river is forecast to crest near **13.9 feet** this afternoon; use caution on low-lying rural roads and near flooded agricultural areas through late tonight.
