**West Virginia:** Flooding from earlier heavy rain continues across Harrison and western Taylor counties. Use extra caution on **I-79 from mile markers 111–128** and **West Virginia Route 50 from mile markers 65–82**, including around Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Stonewood and Anmoore. **Nebraska:** A severe thunderstorm near St. Edward in Boone County is moving east at 30 mph, with **60 mph wind gusts** and quarter-size hail possible through **12:30 AM CDT**. Watch for sudden crosswinds, falling branches and hail damage; avoid stopping beneath trees.
