**Road Weather Update**

⚠️ **Philadelphia metro / South Jersey:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected through **5 PM EDT**. Heavy rain of **0.5–1 inch in 30 minutes** and up to **2 additional inches** may flood highways, streets, underpasses, and low-lying areas. Use extreme caution on **I-295, I-76, I-95, and I-676**, plus the New Jersey and Pennsylvania turnpikes. Never drive through flooded roadways—turn around, don’t drown.

⚠️ **Northeastern Kentucky:** Flash flooding is possible through **3:45 PM EDT** in northwestern **Greenup County, including Letitia**, after 1–2 inches of rain with another 1–2 inches possible. A flood advisory also covers northwestern **Lewis County**, including Vanceburg and Tollesboro, where low-lying and poor-drainage roads may flood.
