🌊 **Ohio:** Minor river flooding is forecast near **I-70 at Exit 129 by Buckeye Lake**. Water may spill onto eastbound lanes as the South Fork Licking River rises. The warning continues until **Friday evening**. Watch for closures and avoid water-covered pavement.
