**Road-Weather Update**
**Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is already occurring across parts of the Philadelphia area through **6:30 PM EDT**. Expect flooded streets, underpasses, and highway trouble on **I-76, I-95, I-476, I-676, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike**. Rainfall has reached 1–2 inches, with more possible. Never drive through water-covered roads—turn around.
**Arizona:** A severe thunderstorm near **Chediski Peak** is moving southeast at 5 mph and may produce quarter-size hail through **2:15 PM MST**, including along **SR-260**. Slow down, avoid stopping under trees, and seek sturdy shelter if hail develops.
A Flood Watch is in effect from **4 PM to 11 PM MST** for southeast Arizona, including the **Tucson metro, Nogales, Sierra Vista, and Tohono O’odham Nation**. Thunderstorms could produce rain rates near 1 inch per hour and isolated 3-inch totals, creating sudden flooding in washes and low spots.
**New Mexico:** Arroyo and small-stream flooding is expected in southwestern **Socorro County** through **5:30 PM MDT**. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen, with water possible over roads and low-water crossings. Do not enter flooded arroyos or cross flowing water.
