**Road Weather Update**
– **Central and southern Missouri:** Flooding from heavy rain remains possible through **10 AM CDT** across Benton, Camden, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Pulaski, Phelps and Dent counties. Training thunderstorms could produce **3–5 inches of rain**, with low-water crossings, creeks and flood-prone roads at risk. A separate Flood Advisory for areas including **Excelsior Springs, Richmond, Odessa, Higginsville and Lexington** continues until **6:30 AM CDT**; 1.5–2 inches has fallen, with another 0.5–1 inch possible. Never drive through water-covered roads.
– **Iowa:** A Flood Watch continues along the **Thompson River near Davis City**, from Grand River to the Missouri border. Rising water could affect rural roads and low areas near Davis City Park over the next several days.
– **Kansas:** Dense fog is reducing visibility to **less than one-quarter mile** in Ellis, Rush, Lane, Ness, Scott and Trego counties until **10 AM CDT**. Slow down, use headlights and allow extra following distance.
– **Guam:** Heavy rain has caused urban and small-stream flooding, including water over roads, through **7:45 PM ChST**. Areas include **Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao and Chalan Pago-Ordot**. Two to four inches of rain have fallen; avoid flooded streets, especially after dark.
