**Ohio:** A severe thunderstorm is moving east at 40 mph across the Coshocton–Tuscarawas area, including New Philadelphia, Dover, Coshocton, Uhrichsville and Newcomerstown. Damaging wind gusts up to **60 mph** may down trees and cause debris or sudden road hazards through **6:15 a.m. EDT**. Slow down, keep extra distance from other vehicles, and avoid driving near downed trees or power lines.
**Western Maine:** Minor flooding is ongoing or expected in Oxford County, including Bethel, Rumford, Mexico, Greenwood and Milton, through **8 a.m. EDT**. Up to **2 inches of rain** has fallen, with low-lying areas, poor-drainage roads and low-water crossings most at risk. Never drive through flooded roads—turn around and find another route.
