**New Mexico:** Flash flooding is occurring in parts of Lincoln, Socorro, and Lea counties. Up to **2.5 inches of rain** has fallen near Carrizozo, Oscuro, Socorro, and San Antonio, with additional rainfall possible. Flooding is impacting roads, underpasses, washes, and low-lying areas, including **U.S. 380** and sections of **I-25** near Socorro. Warnings expire between **11:45 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. MDT**.
**Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding continues in Yavapai County near Yava and Kirkland, including **SR-96 near mile marker 11–12** and **SR-89 near mile marker 293**. Flooding is also affecting low-water crossings and flood-prone roads across parts of Cochise, Graham, and Greenlee counties, including portions of **Routes 70, 75, 78, 191, and 266**. Up to **3.5 inches** of rain has fallen. Warnings continue through **12:15 a.m. to 3 a.m. MST**.
**Texas:** Flash flooding is ongoing across parts of the Panhandle and far West Texas. Near **Amarillo, Bushland, and Canyon**, 1–3 inches of rain has fallen, with another 1–2 inches possible; flooding is affecting **I-40** and area streets and underpasses. Roads are closed in parts of **Parmer County** near Friona, Bovina, and Farwell after up to 3 inches of rain. Flooding is also occurring near Fort Hancock, Acala, Loma Linda, and Desert Haven. Warnings generally expire between **12:30 and 1:45 a.m. CDT/MDT**.
**Driving safety:** Never drive through floodwater—**turn around, don’t drown**. Avoid underpasses, low-water crossings, washes, and flooded roads, especially at night. Do not bypass barricades.
