– **Florida Panhandle:** Flooding from heavy thunderstorms is affecting parts of Bay and Walton counties, including Panama City Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Inlet Beach. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen, with another 1–3 inches possible. Expect ponding and minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas through about **7:45 a.m. EDT / 6:45 a.m. CDT**. Never drive through floodwater—turn around, don’t drown.
– **Oregon Coast:** Dense fog is reducing visibility to **one-quarter mile or less** along the Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, and Lane County coasts through **10 a.m. PDT**. Slow down, use headlights, and increase following distance.
