Flooding is affecting several areas:

– **Illinois:** Minor flooding continues along the Des Plaines River near Russell and US-41 in Gurnee, Lake County. Low-lying wetlands and agricultural areas are inundated. Warning continues through **Wednesday afternoon**.
– **Missouri:** The Missouri River at Glasgow is flooding across parts of Saline, Howard, and Chariton counties. Rural areas, secondary roads, and homes behind levees may be affected. Warning continues through **Tuesday evening**.
– **Northwest Florida:** Heavy thunderstorms produced **4–6 inches of rain**, causing minor flooding in low-lying areas near Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, and surrounding communities. The advisory runs through **9:30 AM CDT**. The Shoal River near Crestview is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight, crest Wednesday afternoon, and fall below flood stage Friday.
– **South-central Georgia:** Heavy rain has caused or may cause water over roadways in Colquitt and Mitchell counties, including Moultrie, Pelham, and Camilla. **1–2 inches of additional rain** is possible through **1 PM EDT**.
