**Nationwide Road Weather Update**
⚠️ **New Mexico:** Flash flooding and severe thunderstorms are impacting areas along **I-25 from mile markers 380–404**, including near Wagon Mound and Rayado. Storms may produce **60 mph wind gusts, quarter-size hail**, and heavy rain; up to **1.5 inches** has fallen near Rayado, with more possible. Avoid flooded underpasses, low-water crossings, and water-covered roads. A separate severe storm near Redrock may bring **60 mph winds and ping-pong-ball-size hail** through **5:15 PM MDT**.
⚠️ **Virginia:** Significant flash flooding is ongoing across the Richmond, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Prince George, Dinwiddie, and Halifax areas. Rainfall totals range from **2–6.5 inches**, with additional heavy rain possible. Multiple roads are already closed in northern Prince George County. Flood warnings/advisories extend into the evening and, in Halifax and parts of southeastern Virginia, as late as **12:30–1:00 AM EDT Wednesday**. Do not drive around barricades or through flooded streets, highways, or underpasses.
⚠️ **Florida, South Carolina & Tennessee:** Heavy thunderstorms are causing water-covered roads and poor-drainage flooding in **Jacksonville, FL; Anderson/Clemson/Seneca, SC; and Polk County, TN, including Ducktown and Turtletown.** An additional **1–2 inches of rain** is possible in some areas. Slow down, allow extra stopping distance, and avoid standing water.
