**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**
🚧 **Kentucky:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected in parts of south-central and southeastern Kentucky through midnight EDT. Heavy thunderstorms have dropped **1–2.5 inches of rain** near Naomi, Jabez, Vinnie, Somerset, and nearby areas. Expect water over low-lying roads, streets, underpasses, and poor-drainage areas. **Do not drive through flooded roads—turn around, don’t drown.**
🌧️ **New Mexico:** Flash flooding is possible through **8:45 PM MDT** around Cliff, Riverside, Gila, and Bill Evans Lake in Grant County. **1–1.5 inches of rain** has fallen, with low-water crossings and roads vulnerable to flooding.
⛈️ **Arkansas:** Severe storms are affecting Carroll, Newton, and Searcy counties, including near Berryville, Green Forest, Jasper, and Mt. Judea. Storms can produce **60 mph wind gusts** and **quarter-size hail**. Slow down, avoid stopping beneath trees, and seek a safe place off the road if conditions worsen.
⛈️ **North Dakota:** A severe thunderstorm near Leonard and Davenport, southwest of Fargo, is moving east at **20 mph** with **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail** possible through **8:45 PM CDT**. Securely park if possible; avoid exposed roads during high winds and hail.
⛈️ **Kansas:** Southwestern Clark County—including Englewood and Acres—faces a severe storm through **8:30 PM CDT** with **60 mph winds and tennis-ball-size hail**. Avoid travel through the storm’s path; hail can quickly damage vehicles and reduce visibility.
⛈️ **Georgia:** Severe thunderstorms near Cochran, Hawkinsville, Dubois, and Gresston may bring **60 mph wind gusts and penny-size hail** through **9 PM EDT**. Watch for downed limbs, debris, and sudden visibility drops.
🌊 **Missouri:** River flooding continues near **Blue Lick, Blairstown, and Boonville**. Petite Saline Creek near Boonville is forecast to reach **20.5 feet**, which can flood **U Highway about 4 miles southeast of Boonville**. Minor flooding is also forecast along the Blackwater River and Big Creek through Friday or Saturday. Never drive around barricades or onto flooded roads.
