**Road-Weather Update: Flooding Risks Across Several States**
**Indiana:** Life-threatening flash flooding is ongoing across central and eastern Indiana. Numerous roads are flooded, with evacuations reported in Henry County; 5–8 inches of rain has fallen near New Castle, and up to 5 feet of water was reported in Cambridge City. Avoid I-70 near Exit 145 and US-42/SR-184 in southeast Indiana/northern Kentucky if flooding is present. Flash Flood Warnings expire from **12:15 to 4:45 PM EDT**.
Major river flooding is also forecast on the White River near Muncie, Anderson, Noblesville and Indianapolis-area locations, plus the Big Blue River at Shelbyville. Expect road closures near SR-32, SR-46 and SR-1/SR-28 as waters rise.
**Illinois:** Flash flooding is possible from Joliet and Tinley Park to Kankakee, with rainfall rates up to **3 inches per hour**. A severe thunderstorm near Wilmington is moving east at **45 mph** with wind gusts up to **60 mph** through **10:45 AM CDT**. Avoid flooded underpasses and be alert for fallen trees or debris.
**Kentucky:** Flash flooding is ongoing around Nicholasville, Versailles and Wilmore, with 2–4 inches of rain already reported. Flooding is also affecting Carroll and Gallatin counties near US-42/SR-184. Much of eastern and southeastern Kentucky remains under a Flood Watch through late tonight; low-lying roads and drainage areas may flood.
**Ohio:** Minor flooding is reported across parts of west-central Ohio, including the Troy, Piqua, Greenville and Celina areas. Another 1–1.5 inches of rain is possible through **2:15 PM EDT**.
**Arizona:** Heavy rain may make low-water crossings impassable in southwestern Mohave County near Wikieup, Hualapai Mountain Park and nearby ranch roads through **10:45 AM MST**.
