**Hawaii:** Hurricane Warnings cover the Big Island, with Tropical Storm Warnings across Maui County. Dangerous winds may gust **55–85 mph**, with up to **10–15 inches of additional rain** in parts of the Big Island. Flooding may affect highways, streets, underpasses, arroyos, and low-water crossings. Additional heavy-rain flooding is possible near **Emory Pass** and **Gage, New Mexico**.

**Oregon, Nevada & Arizona:** Severe storms with **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail** may affect **I-84 near Telocaset** in Oregon. Flash flooding and debris flows are possible near the Anthony Burn Scar in northwestern Baker County. In southern Nevada, storms near **Callville Bay and Hoover Dam** may produce 60 mph winds; flooding is possible in rural Clark County. Heavy-rain flooding is also possible near **Dolan Springs, Arizona**.

**Midwest:** River and road flooding continues in parts of Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Ohio. In Ohio, several roads are closed in central Athens County near **Jacksonville, Trimble, and Amesville**.
