**Flash flooding is creating hazardous travel conditions in eastern Illinois and western Indiana this morning.**

– **Illinois:** Flash Flood Warnings cover parts of Ford and Iroquois Counties, including Paxton, Gibson City, Melvin, Loda, Roberts, and Sibley. Rainfall of **1.5 to 3 inches** has already fallen in spots, with more rain possible. Flooded streets and basements have been reported in Paxton, and underpasses, low-lying roads, and possibly highways may be affected. Warnings run until **6:45 AM to 8:15 AM CDT**.
– **Indiana:** A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for Fountain, Vermillion, and Warren Counties, including Covington, Veedersburg, Williamsport, Attica, and Cayuga, until **8:15 AM EDT**. Thunderstorms may produce **1 to 2 inches of rain per hour**, with up to **3 more inches** possible. Expect flooding on streets, highways, underpasses, and other low-lying routes.
– **Idaho:** A Flash Flood Watch continues through this evening for the **Wapiti Burn Scar west of Stanley**, including the Cape Horn Area and Banner Summit. Heavy rain could trigger flash flooding and debris flows near the burn scar.
– **Ohio:** Dense fog may reduce visibility to **one-quarter mile or less** in Knox, Marion, Morrow, and Holmes Counties until **9 AM EDT**. Slow down, use headlights, and leave extra following distance.
