**West Virginia & southeastern Ohio:** Flash flooding is affecting parts of southern and central WV and southeastern OH. Water may cover streets, underpasses, creeks, and low-lying roads near Charleston, Pineville, Oceana, Athens, Nelsonville, Ripley, Ravenswood, Matamoras, and New Matamoras. **I-77 in WV from mile markers 124–150** is included in a flood warning through **1:30 AM EDT**. Rainfall of 1–3 inches has fallen in some areas. Never drive through water-covered roads.

**Indiana:** River flooding is creating road hazards near Seymour, Rivervale, Bluffton, and Linn Grove. Roads affected or potentially impassable include **SR 235, SR 258, SR 39, SR 250, and SR 256**, along with county roads in the East Fork White River flood plain. Flooding near Seymour continues through Thursday morning; Wabash River flooding near Bluffton and Linn Grove continues into Wednesday.

**Nebraska:** Severe thunderstorms are moving east at up to **55 mph** across central and north-central Nebraska, with **60 mph wind gusts** and hail up to **ping-pong-ball size**. Use caution on Highway 2, 7, 12, 20, 83 and 183, especially near Valentine, Ainsworth, Bassett, Thedford, Seneca, Ord, and Scotia. A broader severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect across much of central and north-central Nebraska until midnight CDT. Minor flooding is also possible around Ord and North Loup through **11:30 PM CDT**.

**South Dakota & Minnesota:** Severe thunderstorm watches remain in effect through late evening for central/north-central South Dakota and central/west-central Minnesota, including Fort Pierre, Isabel, McIntosh, Alexandria, St. Cloud, Willmar, Little Falls, and Litchfield. Be prepared for sudden heavy rain, strong winds, hail, and reduced visibility.

**Arizona:** Heavy thunderstorms have caused minor flooding in Cochise County, including around Sierra Vista, Hereford, Fort Huachuca, Whetstone, and Huachuca City. Watch for water on **Routes 90 and 92** and Route 82 through **10:45 PM MST**.

**Montana:** Water is reported across roads northwest of Jordan in central Garfield County after 1–2 inches of rain. Avoid low spots and drainage crossings near Jordan and Brusett through **2:45 AM MDT**.
