**Road-Weather Update**

⚠️ **Missouri/Kansas City metro:** Severe storms are affecting **I-70 (mile markers 12–23), I-470 near mile 16, and I-435 (mile markers 54–61)** through **2:30 AM CDT**, with golf-ball-size hail and wind gusts to 60 mph. Flooding is also possible through **4:30 AM CDT** around Kansas City, Independence, Blue Springs, Leavenworth and Raytown after 2–3 inches of rain. Slow down, avoid flooded low spots, and never drive through water-covered roads.

⚠️ **Central Missouri:** Severe thunderstorms near the Lake of the Ozarks, Eldon, Barnett, Tuscumbia, Olean, and parts of Cole/Moniteau counties are moving east at 40 mph. Expect 60 mph gusts and hail through **2:15–2:30 AM CDT**. Watch for downed limbs, debris and sudden crosswinds.

⚠️ **Eastern Colorado:** Severe storms near Matheson, Hugo, Genoa and Boyero are producing 60 mph winds, quarter-size hail and heavy rain, moving east/southeast at 35–40 mph. Warnings run through **1:30–1:45 AM MDT**. Do not drive into flooded roadways. A flash flood watch is also in effect this afternoon and evening near the **Aspen Acres burn scar**, where debris flows and flooded low-lying roads are possible.

⚠️ **Southern Arizona:** Blowing dust is possible from **3 PM to 10 PM MST Wednesday** across the Tucson metro, Tohono O’odham Nation, western Pima County, Pinal County, and the Nogales/Upper Santa Cruz and Altar valleys. Thunderstorm outflow winds of 45–55 mph may drop visibility to one-quarter mile or less, with haboobs possible. If dust approaches, safely pull completely off the road, park, turn off all lights, and keep your foot off the brake.
