**Ohio Road-Weather Update:** Flooding is affecting parts of eastern and central Ohio.

– **Monroe and Noble counties:** Numerous roads remain closed as 1–2 inches of rain has caused flooding on creeks, streams, low-lying areas, and urban drainage routes near New Martinsville, Woodsfield, Caldwell, Dudley, and Sardis. Flood Warning until **10 AM EDT Friday**.
– **Near Hebron in Licking County:** The South Fork Licking River is rising toward moderate flooding, with water expected on sections of **Mill Dam Road**. Flood impacts may continue until **Saturday morning**.
