**Arizona:** Dangerous dust storm conditions through **8:30 PM MST** along **I-10 (mile markers 173–204), I-8 (176–178), and US 60 (201–214)** in Maricopa and Pinal counties. Visibility may drop below 1/4 mile with winds over 50 mph. Avoid driving into the dust; if caught, pull completely off the road, turn off lights, and keep your foot off the brake. South-central Pinal County also faces flash flooding through **10:45 PM MST**, including near Sunland Gin Road at Greene Wash, after 1–2 inches of rain. Severe storms near **I-10 from mile markers 205–230** may produce 60 mph winds and hail through **8:45 PM MST**.
**Utah:** Severe thunderstorms with wind gusts up to **70 mph** are affecting the Salt Lake City metro south toward Utah County, including **I-15 between mile markers 284–300**, through **9:15 PM MDT**. Expect sudden crosswinds, downed trees, and debris; avoid travel if possible.
**Montana & South Dakota:** Severe storms are producing **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail**. In northeast Montana, storms are moving southeast at 50 mph near Plentywood, Medicine Lake, Froid, Westby, and Flaxville through **10 PM MDT**. Additional severe storms remain possible across south-central and southeast Montana. In western/northwestern South Dakota, storms near Sheep Buttes, Opal, and Maurine may bring damaging winds and hail through **9:30 PM MDT**. Slow down, seek shelter if hail or damaging winds approach, and avoid roads blocked by fallen trees.
**North Carolina:** A severe storm near **Avon and Avon Pier** on the Outer Banks may produce 60 mph winds and torrential rain through **11:45 PM EDT**. Watch for sudden flooding on low-lying roads and never drive through water-covered pavement.
