**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**

⚠️ **Flash flooding:** Southern Guam, including Mangilao, Yona, Talofofo and Inarajan, has 2–5 inches of rain already reported, with another 1–3 inches possible through 8:30 AM ChST. Flooding may cover streets, highways, underpasses and low-lying routes.

⛈️ **Severe storms with 60 mph winds and hail:**
– **Texas Panhandle & western Oklahoma:** Storms near Briscoe, Wheeler, Erick and Texola are moving south at 10–20 mph, bringing up to 60 mph gusts and hail as large as golf balls. Torrential rain may also quickly flood roads.
– **Northeast New Mexico:** Highway 64 between mile markers 401 and 423 near Grenville faces a severe storm with 60 mph winds and hail, moving east at 20 mph. Water may also cover roads near Grenville through 5:30 PM MDT.
– **Southern Mississippi:** On **I-59 between mile markers 4 and 22**, near Picayune and McNeill, expect 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail through 4:45 PM CDT.
– **Southeast Georgia:** Severe storms near Nahunta, Raybon, Thalmann, Riceboro and South Newport can produce 60 mph winds. **I-95 between mile markers 58 and 72** is included through 5:30 PM EDT. Heavy rain may cause low-lying-road flooding around Baxley, Thalmann, and parts of Charlton, Clinch and Ware counties.
– **Montana:** Near West Yellowstone and the West Entrance, a storm moving east at 20 mph may bring 60 mph gusts, quarter-size hail and torrential rain through 3:30 PM MDT.
– **Northeast Minnesota:** Near Hibbing, a storm moving east at 25 mph may produce 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail through 4:30 PM CDT.

⛈️ **Severe-storm watches:** Additional storms are possible through 10 PM CDT across much of northeast/east-central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin, and through 11 PM CDT in parts of the Texas Panhandle. Be prepared for rapidly changing visibility, wind gusts, hail and water-covered roads.

🌧️ **Flood advisories:** Heavy thunderstorms may cause low-lying and poor-drainage road flooding near Trenton and Bell, Florida, and around Jasper, Florida, through 6:30 PM EDT.
