– **Illinois:** Minor flooding continues along the **Illinois River at Beardstown**, affecting Brown, Cass, Morgan and Schuyler counties until this afternoon. Avoid flooded low-lying roads and never drive through water-covered pavement.
– **California:** Dense fog is reducing visibility to **one-quarter mile or less** in Sonoma County valleys, especially along **Highway 101 from Healdsburg to Novato**, until **10 AM PDT**. Slow down, use headlights and allow extra following distance.
