🚗 **Road-Weather Update**
**Utah:** Life-threatening flash flooding is possible through **4:30 PM MDT** in southern Emery and north-central Wayne counties, including Goblin Valley and Little Wildhorse. Slot canyons, dry washes, creeks and low-water crossings can flood quickly. A separate flood advisory continues until **2:45 PM MDT** near Junction, Circleville and Kingston, where **0.75–1.25 inches** of rain has fallen.
**Southwest Florida:** A nearly stationary severe thunderstorm near **North Port, Venice, Osprey, South Venice and Nokomis** may produce **60 mph wind gusts** through **4:15 PM EDT**. Expect possible tree debris and sudden driving hazards. Flooding with water over roads is possible through **5:30 PM EDT** around Cape Coral, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach; another **1–2 inches** of rain is possible.
**Carolinas:** Heavy thunderstorms may cause low-lying and poor-drainage flooding through **6:30 PM EDT** around Lumberton, Pembroke and Rowland, NC, extending into northwestern Dillon County, SC. In Bertie County, NC, flooding near Windsor, Quitsna and Woodard continues through **5 PM EDT** after **2–3 inches** of rain, with more expected.
