**Road-Weather Update**
• **Arizona:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected near **I-19 (mile markers 10–17) at Rio Rico** until **1:15 AM MST**, and near **I-8 (MM 125–134) and AZ 238 (MM 10–19)** in Maricopa County until **12:30 AM MST**. Heavy storms have dropped up to 2.3 inches of rain, with flooded washes, underpasses, streets, and highways possible. Near Quartzsite and Brenda, severe storms may bring **60 mph winds and quarter-size hail** along **I-10, US 60, and AZ 72** until **12:30 AM MST**.
• **Illinois and northwest Indiana:** Slow-moving storms are producing **1–2 inches of rain per hour**, creating flash-flood risks around Watseka, Gilman, Herscher, Clifton, and Sheldon through **4:45 AM CDT**. Severe storms moving southeast at 25 mph may produce **60 mph wind gusts and nickel-size hail** across Ford and Iroquois Counties, IL, and Benton, Jasper, and Newton Counties, IN. Flooded roads and rising creeks are possible through **6 AM CDT / 7 AM EDT**.
• **Southwest Michigan:** Severe storms near **I-196 (MM 4–7) and I-94 (MM 36–42)** around Coloma and Watervliet may bring **60 mph winds, quarter-size hail, and torrential rain** through **3:15 AM EDT**. Storms also affect Van Buren County through **3:30 AM EDT**. In Berrien County, 1–2 inches of rain has fallen in an hour, with more rain expected; low-water crossings and poor-drainage roads could become impassable through **5 AM EDT**.
