• **New York:** Severe storms moving southeast at 25–30 mph may bring **60 mph wind gusts and large hail** through mid-afternoon across parts of northern New York, including **Hammond Village, Gouverneur, Rossie, Fowler, Redwood, and Pitcairn**. Expect downed trees or limbs and hazardous driving conditions.
• **South Georgia:** Severe thunderstorms are moving southeast at 10 mph through **4:15 PM EDT** near **Tifton, Ocilla, Fitzgerald, Sylvester, and Ashburn**. Damaging winds up to 60 mph and penny-size hail could cause tree damage and sudden road hazards.
