**Philadelphia–South Jersey–Bucks County:** Flash flooding is occurring or expected this afternoon. Avoid flooded streets, underpasses, and highways including sections of **I-295, I-76, I-95 and I-676**. Up to 2 more inches of rain are possible in parts of Bucks, Mercer and Hunterdon counties; warnings run until **5 PM or 7 PM EDT**, depending on location. **Turn around—don’t drown.**

**Kansas City region, Missouri & southwest Illinois:** Flood Watches begin this evening and continue through Thursday morning. Repeated thunderstorms may drop **1–2 inches of rain, locally 3+ inches**, with parts of central Missouri potentially seeing **3–5 inches**. Low-water crossings, creeks and flood-prone roads may become impassable.

**Central Kentucky:** Minor flooding is affecting low-lying and poor-drainage roads near **Fairview, Cowan, Ewing, Paris and Carlisle** through late afternoon. Heavy rain has already produced 1–2 inches in parts of the area.
