The river is forecast near **16.5–16.7 feet**, above its 14-foot flood stage. Flooding also continues on the **Sangamon River at Monticello** in Piatt County, where the river is expected to remain above flood stage until Sunday morning. Use caution near low-lying roads and river crossings; do not drive around barricades or through flooded areas.
