– **Arkansas:** Storms moving southeast affect areas near **Newport, Heber Springs, Pocahontas, Hoxie, and Lake Charles State Park** through mid-afternoon CDT.
– **Kentucky:** Severe storms near **Upton, Bonnieville, and rural Fleming/Rowan Counties** continue into late afternoon EDT.
– **Ohio:** A line of storms moving east at **40 mph** near **Youngstown, Hubbard, Cortland, and Vienna Center** may also cause flash flooding; heavy rain has already dropped **1–2 inches**, with more expected.
– **Wyoming:** Near **Laramie, Vedauwoo, and Tie City Campground**, winds to 60 mph and half-dollar-size hail are possible through **2:30 PM MDT**.
– **Florida:** A severe storm near **Buckhead Ridge and Brighton Seminole Reservation** brings 60 mph winds, hail, torrential rain, and a possible tornado threat through **4:15 PM EDT**. Urban flooding is also possible around **St. Augustine and Vilano Beach** through **4:45 PM EDT**.

💨 **Oregon & Washington:** West to northwest winds of **20–30 mph**, gusting **35–45 mph**, continue through this evening across the **Columbia River Gorge, Lower Columbia Basin, north-central Oregon, Simcoe Highlands, and Kittitas Valley**. Patchy blowing dust may reduce visibility; high-profile vehicles should use extra caution.
