**Road Weather Update: Hazardous Driving Conditions**

– **Arizona:** Avoid travel in central Pima County until **6:30 PM MST** if possible. Blowing dust near Sells is moving northwest at 20 mph, with visibility below ¼ mile—and spotters reported zero visibility. **Route 86 from mile markers 96–121** is affected. Do not drive into dust; pull completely off the road if caught in it.
Flash flooding and severe storms are also affecting Tucson/South Tucson. Heavy rain has dropped 0.5–1 inch, with flooding possible on **I-10 near mile markers 256–259 and 261–262**. Severe storms may bring 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail around Tucson, including parts of **I-10 and I-19**, through early evening. Route 77 near Oracle also faces 60 mph winds and hail.

– **Pennsylvania/New Jersey:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected tonight across the Philadelphia–Camden area, where 1–2.5 inches of rain has fallen, with another 0.5 inch possible through **11 PM EDT**. Flooded streets, underpasses, and low-lying roads are possible. Additional flash-flood warnings cover the Harrisburg area, Bloomsburg/Berwick, and southwest Luzerne County through late evening.
A severe storm near Bloomsburg and Berwick could bring 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail, including **I-80 between the Danville and Nescopek exits, mile markers 229–247**, through **9:30 PM EDT**.

– **North Carolina/Virginia/South Carolina/Georgia:** Flash flooding is a major travel concern tonight. Laurinburg and Wagram, North Carolina, have received 2–4 inches of rain, with another 1–2 inches possible through **11:45 PM EDT**. In western Virginia, the Clifton Forge–Hot Springs area has received 1.5–3.5 inches, with intense rain rates possible through **2:30 AM EDT**. Minor low-lying road flooding is also possible near Cheraw and Chesterfield, South Carolina, and northwestern Camden County, Georgia.

– **Nebraska:** Destructive severe thunderstorms are moving southeast at 45–50 mph across central and west-central Nebraska. Winds up to **80 mph** and quarter-size hail are possible near Stapleton, Arnold, Brady, Maxwell, and North Platte. Use extreme caution on **I-80 from mile markers 151–208**, plus Highways 83, 92, and 97. Severe storms remain possible across a broader portion of western and central Nebraska through **10 PM CDT / 9 PM MDT**.

– **Montana, West Virginia & Texas:** Severe storms may produce 60 mph winds near Big Sandy and Geraldine, Montana; Kingwood and Terra Alta, West Virginia; and rural parts of Eastland and Comanche Counties, Texas. Montana has reported wind gusts near **67 mph** east of Fort Benton.
