**Nationwide Road-Weather Update**

⚠️ **Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected around Harrisburg, Hershey, Lebanon, New Holland, Leola, and west-central Berks County through about 12:45–1:15 AM EDT. Rain totals of 1–3 inches, with more rain possible, may flood streets, underpasses, and low-lying highways. A severe storm near Harrisburg/Hershey may produce 60 mph winds near I-81, I-83 and I-283.

⚠️ **Virginia:** Life-threatening flash flooding is possible through 2:30 AM EDT near Clifton Forge, Hot Springs, Warm Springs, Millboro and Iron Gate, where 1.5–4 inches of rain has fallen and rainfall rates may reach 2–4 inches per hour. Flash flooding is also possible through 12:30 AM near Shipman, Schuyler, Arrington and Lovingston after 2–4 inches of rain.

⚠️ **Arizona:** Heavy thunderstorms are creating flash-flood risks around South Tucson, including I-10 between mile markers 256 and 259. Avoid Route 86 in the Tucson Estates/Drexel Heights area where low-lying roads may flood. Severe storms near Oro Valley, Catalina, Avra Valley and Saguaro National Park West can bring 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail; use caution on Routes 77 and 79.

⚠️ **Nebraska:** Destructive thunderstorms are moving south and southeast across central and southwest Nebraska, with wind gusts up to 80 mph and hail. I-80 is affected from near North Platte through Gothenburg, Cozad and Lexington, including mile markers 160–245. Expect sudden crosswinds, debris, poor visibility, and possible power outages. Water may cover roads around North Platte through midnight CDT.

⚠️ **Utah:** A severe storm near Knolls and Clive may produce 60 mph winds along I-80 between mile markers 25 and 59. Strong southwesterly crosswinds are especially hazardous for high-profile vehicles.

⚠️ **New York:** A severe thunderstorm moving east at 35 mph may produce 60 mph wind gusts and small hail near Westerlo, Berne, Voorheesville, Altamont and Middleburgh through 10:45 PM EDT.

⚠️ **Montana:** Severe storms moving northeast at 40 mph may bring 60 mph wind gusts near Harlem, Winifred, Azure, Parker School and Agency through 9:15 PM MDT.

⚠️ **Colorado:** High water and ponding may remain around Walsenburg even though rain has ended. Do not drive through water-covered roads and obey closures.

⚠️ **Illinois/Indiana:** River flooding continues along the Illinois River near Havana and Beardstown, and along the Wabash River from Hutsonville and Vincennes to Mount Carmel and New Harmony. Some rural and township roads are flooded or impassable, including roads east of Lincoln Heritage Trail between Palestine and Hutsonville and River Road near St. Francesville. Flooding may persist into the weekend.

⚠️ **South Carolina:** Heavy rain may cause minor flooding in low-lying and poor-drainage areas of northeastern Kershaw County near Mt. Pisgah through 12:30 AM EDT.
