**Road-Weather Update: Flooding, Severe Storms & High Winds**
🌧️ **Pennsylvania & northern New Jersey:** Flash flooding is affecting parts of eastern and northeastern Pennsylvania, including Pottstown, Birdsboro, Elverson, Harveys Lake, Shickshinny, and the Ricketts Glen area. Rainfall of 1–3 inches has fallen, with rates up to 1–2 inches per hour possible. Flooding may cover streets, underpasses, highways, and low-lying routes; flood concerns extend across eastern PA and northern NJ through 4 AM EDT.
⛈️ **Nebraska:** Severe thunderstorms are moving south around 35 mph across south-central and southwest Nebraska, including near McCook, Cambridge, Elwood, Arapahoe, Culbertson, and Trenton. Expect wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail. Near Ogallala and Roscoe, hail may affect I-80 between mile markers 127 and 136 and Highway 61 between mile markers 90 and 94.
⛈️ **Southeast Texas:** A severe thunderstorm near Magnolia and Pinehurst is moving southwest at 15 mph, bringing 60 mph wind gusts and nickel-size hail toward Stagecoach and Todd Mission.
