Rainfall of 1–3 inches has fallen, with rates up to 1–2 inches per hour possible. Flooding may cover streets, underpasses, highways, and low-lying routes; flood concerns extend across eastern PA and northern NJ through 4 AM EDT.
⛈️ **Nebraska:** Severe thunderstorms are moving south around 35 mph across south-central and southwest Nebraska, including near McCook, Cambridge, Elwood, Arapahoe, Culbertson, and Trenton. Expect wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail. Near Ogallala and Roscoe, hail may affect I-80 between mile markers 127 and 136 and Highway 61 between mile markers 90 and 94.
