**Road-Weather Update:**

⚠️ **Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is ongoing or possible through **1:45 PM EDT** in parts of Armstrong, Butler and Clarion counties, including Butler, Rimersburg and Saxonburg. Another 1–2 inches of rain is possible; highways, streets, underpasses and low-lying areas may flood. **Never drive through flooded roads—turn around and use another route.**

⛈️ **Oklahoma:** Severe thunderstorms through **10:45 AM CDT** may bring **60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail** near Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Nardin, Canton and Canton Lake. Storms are moving southeast at 15 mph. Slow down, avoid parking under trees, and watch for sudden wind damage or hail on the roadway.

⛈️ **Kansas:** A severe thunderstorm near **I-35 between mile markers 80 and 89**, Rosalia, El Dorado Lake and El Dorado State Park may produce **quarter-size hail** through **10:30 AM CDT**. Reduce speed and seek safe cover if hail begins.
