**Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is affecting parts of western and southwestern PA through **2:45 PM EDT**. Around Bethel Park, McMurray, West Mifflin and Baldwin, thunderstorms have dropped 0.5β2 inches of rain with another 1β2 inches possible. Additional flooding is reported near Summerville, Hawthorn and Corsica. Near Kittanning and Ford City, 1.5β3 inches of rain has fallen; **SR-356 between Headland Road and Hinchberger Road has water over the roadway.** Expect flooded streets, underpasses, low-water crossings and poor-drainage areas. **Do not drive through floodwaterβturn around and find another route.**
**Minnesota:** Severe thunderstorms are moving east at 30 mph in parts of south-central and central Minnesota. Through **11:45 AM CDT**, areas near Blue Earth, Winnebago, Granada and Wells could see half-dollar-size hail. A separate storm near Litchfield, Darwin and Greenleaf remains warned through **11:30 AM CDT**, also capable of half-dollar-size hail that can damage vehicles. Avoid stopping under trees or overpasses; seek a safe covered location if hail begins.
**Kansas:** A severe thunderstorm near Piedmont is moving southeast at 25 mph through **11:30 AM CDT**, with quarter-size hail possible. Vehicle damage is possibleβavoid travel if hail is falling.
