– **Georgia:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected across Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Midtown and Bolton through **3:45 PM EDT**. An additional 1–2 inches of rain is possible, with flooding affecting highways, streets, underpasses and low-lying areas. Never drive through water-covered roads.

– **North Carolina:** Deep standing water is reported on **NC 12** from Oregon Inlet through Waves, Salvo and Rodanthe, with water up to vehicle headlights in spots after 4–7 inches of rain. Flooding continues through **3:15 PM EDT**. Separate heavy rain flooding is possible around Fayetteville, Fort Bragg and Eastover through **3:45 PM EDT**, with another 1–2 inches possible.

– **Alaska:** Flooding is affecting the **Petersville area of the Central Susitna Valley**, where low-water crossings may be inundated and impassable. Total rainfall of 2–3 inches has fallen, with another 0.5–1.5 inches possible. Flood concerns continue across the Susitna Valley, including Talkeetna and Trapper Creek, through Wednesday afternoon.
