**Hawaii:** Life-threatening flash flooding continues on the Big Islandโs Kau District through **4 AM HST**, including Pahala, Naalehu, Wood Valley and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Numerous road closures are reported; rain rates remain **1โ2 inches per hour**. Maui also faces road and drainage flooding through **2 AM HST**, with **1โ3 inches per hour** possible near Haleakalaโs southeast slopes.
**Ohio & West Virginia:** Flash flooding from thunderstorms is affecting parts of southeast Ohio and central/northern West Virginia. Watch for high water on **I-77 in Ohio between mile markers 4โ17**, the **West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 57โ92**, and **Route 19 between mile markers 8โ16 and 18โ23**. Flood warnings generally continue through **12:30โ12:45 PM EDT**; roads, underpasses, creeks and low-water crossings may be flooded. Additional heavy rain is possible near Fayetteville, Oak Hill, Montgomery, Zanesville, Caldwell, Marietta and St. Marys.
**Western Maryland & eastern West Virginia:** Flash flooding remains possible through noon EDT in Allegany County, MD, and Grant, Mineral, Pendleton, Hampshire and Hardy counties, WV. Garrett County, MD, remains under a Flood Watch through the evening, with localized **3โ5 inches** of rain possible.
**Southeast Nebraska:** Minor road flooding is possible through **8 AM CDT** around Auburn, Humboldt, Peru, Table Rock and Stella. An additional **1โ2 inches** of rain may fall after earlier totals of **1โ3 inches**.
