**Northeast Florida & Southeast Georgia:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected around Hilliard, St. George, Baker and Nassau counties, and southeastern Charlton County. **2–4 inches of rain has fallen, with another 1–2.5 inches possible.** Flooding may affect highways, streets, underpasses and low-lying areas through **11 p.m. EDT**. Minor flooding is also reported around Macclenny, Glen St. Mary, Melrose and Putnam Hall through about **10:30 p.m.** A severe thunderstorm near Hilliard and Callahan may produce **60-mph wind gusts** through **8:15 p.m.** Avoid flooded roads and use extra caution in heavy rain.
**Turner County, Georgia:** Minor flooding and water over roadways are possible near Ashburn, Sycamore, Rebecca and Amboy through **10:15 p.m. EDT** after **1.5–2.5 inches of rain**, with more possible.
**Central North Carolina:** Minor flooding continues around Stedman, Autryville and Cedar Creek in Cumberland and Sampson counties through **9:30 p.m. EDT**. Rivers and streams are rising after **1–3 inches of rain**.
