Expect downed trees/power lines, hail, lightning, and possible sudden roadway flooding. Warnings run until **8:30–8:45 PM EDT**.
– **Pennsylvania:** A severe storm producing **60 mph winds and small hail** is moving east near Emlenton, Bruin, Clintonville, Eau Claire, and Kennerdell through **8:15 PM EDT**. Separately, heavy rain may flood low-lying roads around Edinboro and Cambridge Springs through **11 PM EDT**.
– **Kansas:** A severe storm near central Kearny and west-central Finney Counties is moving east at 20 mph, bringing **60 mph winds and blowing dust** that can sharply reduce visibility. Warning until **7:45 PM CDT**.
– **Kentucky & Alabama:** Heavy rain may make low-water crossings, poor-drainage areas, and urban streets impassable in Knox and Laurel Counties, Kentucky, through **10 PM EDT**; and around Gadsden/Attalla in Etowah County and northern Shelby County, Alabama, through **8:30 PM CDT**.
