**🚨 TORNADO WARNING—CENTRAL OHIO:** A tornado-capable storm near Groveport is moving east at 25 mph, affecting the I-70 corridor between mile markers 104 and 111, including Columbus and Reynoldsburg, until 11:15 PM EDT. Do not drive into the warned area—seek sturdy shelter immediately and check the NWS for the latest information.
**Quad Cities, IA/IL:** Severe storms with 60 mph wind gusts are moving east at 45 mph through the I-74, I-80, I-88 and I-280 corridors near Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline and Rock Island through 10:45 PM CDT. Expect debris, tree damage, dangerous crosswinds and torrential rain. Flash flooding is already occurring near Grandview, IA, and Highway 17 near New Boston, IL; 1–2 inches of rain has fallen. Never drive through flooded roads.
**Ohio and eastern Indiana:** Flash flooding remains possible through 8 AM EDT Sunday across much of central and southern Ohio and parts of eastern Indiana as more storms bring heavy rain. Watch for water in underpasses, low spots and highway dips.
**Indiana/Illinois river flooding:** High water is affecting roads near Columbus, Shelbyville, Seymour and Rivervale, Indiana, with many local and state roads flooding near Seymour. Moderate flooding continues on the Vermilion River near Danville, IL/IN. River flooding also continues or is forecast along the Illinois River near Havana and Beardstown. Avoid road closures and never drive around barricades.
**Hawaii:** Hurricane Lala is bringing major rainfall and flood concerns. Maui and the Big Island could see 8–20 inches of rain in windward areas through late tonight; Kauai, Niihau and Oahu may receive 4–6 inches, locally 8 inches, through late Sunday night. Flood-prone roads, streams and low-lying areas may close. On Molokai, flooding near Kawela Gulch may affect Kamehameha V Highway.
**Other flood trouble spots:**
• **Southern CA/southern NV:** Water and possible impassable low-water crossings near SR-127, Pahrump, Shoshone, Tecopa and Dumont Dunes through 9 PM PDT.
• **Northeast CO:** Flooding of country roads and low areas continues near Holyoke, Haxtun and Otis after 0.5–2 inches of rain.
• **Southwest Grant County, NE:** Water may cover roads after rain rates near 2 inches per hour.
• **Southeast Idaho:** A severe storm near Atomic City is moving northeast at 30 mph, with quarter-size hail that could damage vehicles.
